I like this company, but I'm not crazy 'bout it.

Just got my Score Card on how the YearEnd Bonus gonna look like. With the figures and indices, there's always something new to learn, as the figures are changing by the months. Sekejap begini, sekejap macam tuu.

And I hope this is Final. Really.

20% from the HQ
20% from Local
30% from the department I'm virtually in.
30% for the Bussiness Unit I'm in.


Just to make things complicated, here's the example. From the 20% total from the HQ, EBIT contributes 4%, NET Income 3%, ROCE 2 %, Free Cash Flow 3%, Revenue growth 2%, SOX (Sarbannes Oxley implementation) 2%, and Corporate costs 4%.

Interesting / Boring /ApakerJadah heh ??


Look like the first 40% should be no problem. Aaandd,. that's good for 5% downpayment. Jo's already dreaming 'bout the new gleaming red Bus. Hah ! the one with 10 seaters. Jo can ask Datok to tag along, wherever Jo's planning to go.
