Calendar Marking

As usual, I think, I am good at Kopipes.

It helped me thru school. It helped me thru the previous companies and it helps me NOW.

Keluarga 3 Setengah has this wonderful idea to mark the 'fun' with flower '*'.

Today I am at it again. Kopipes. What I am going to do is to mark the dates of me having this unabated gout. Adoiii sakitnyaa. Suwey betol. Dah 3 hari tak surut2. Amender yang aku makan hah ? Ayam Masalla @ Raju ker. Peanuts during Cawan Dunia Pipa ker. I didn't touch the Daging Salai @ Rebung, tempohari. Mana pulak silapnya kali ini..

Talking 'bout Rebong Restaurant at the corner, infront of Volkswagen, near Bandar Niaga Utama, near Dataran Maybank. Alaaa, Chef Ismail Montel tuu punya laa. Wahh,. Asam Pedas Tenggiri dia berasa noo. Ikan PatinTempoyak cukop perisa. Ulam Peria Katak rebos. And please try the Janda Pulang, the drinks.


Mebbe, in the near future, boleh la relate this gout, to some kind of ongoing peristiwas. Air pasang ker. Air surut ker. Rembulan Kegersangan ker.

I am taking painkiller verrrry carefully now. Kalau tak kang, melelas stomach linings nanti.
Drink litres of water.

Adooooooii !!!!

    U forgot to mention the sambal belacan, sambal ikan bilis with tempe (tempe lebih) and sambal ikan bilis terung pipit (3 kali tambah!!!!).

    Next time we should go to this Negeri Sembilan Restaurant in Kg Pandan which has daging salai masak lemak, ikan keli salai masak lemak, asam pedas N9, various masak lemak with tempoyak,ayam kampung goreng,ulam2,sambal2 and so on. Sedap bang.

    my FIL pun ada gout. 2 weeks ago, dia sorok2 makan kacang panggang. terus flare up sampai tak boleh jalan. just stay away fr things that can increase the accumulation of uric acid k? ada list of things yg takleh makan. makan sikit pun mesti sakit. and if u have been prescribed gout medication, makan ikut arahan. bukan makan masa sakit. most gout medication is preventive.kalau terpaksa makan painkiller alas perut dgn hidrosil dulu ler.tapi kalau boleh tahan, tahaaaaan.lagi satu petua arwah atuk i, minyak habbatusauda' campurkan dgn sikit air limau nipis, sapu di waktu pagi sambil selawat shifa'.

    selamat sembuh dan selamat mencuba.

    igG milk tu my mom pun minum...it's colostrum. bertambah sikit selera makan mak i dan tak lesu. alhamdulillah.

    Nazrah : Thanks a lot for your kind advise. I can say I'm a veteran in this. Dah bebelas tahun dah kena. Basically is back to dicipline. Kenkadang tuu terlupa. Habatus Sauda, Betik, Colostrum (Buuuueeekk!!), mandi herba, etc, etc, semua dah try. For me yang works nya Ibuprofen, for painkiller and Colchicine (sp) and take 100 mg Zyloric, everyday !!. Most important minum air puteh berliter2..

    AM : You can imagine, but you have go thru it to really know. Lemme said it for the million times. He he heee,...Rasa dia macam nak beranak cuma, anak tuu nak keluar kat ibu jari kaki.
