Exercise Log " Pagi Sabtu, 2 rounds kat the Lake, cycling. Just warming up and loosening down the gouty left ankle. Tenghari gat-gat, pegi kedai basikal kat Jalan Welfare, Sungai Buloh, tukar tayar dan tiub sementara tuning the whole bike. 8 km back and fro.. Pagi Senin, another round di persekitaran Tasik. Warm up ajer. Petang senin, tawaf around The Curve and Ikano Power Center. Walking is a good exercise kaaan..

Rasanya tightness around the left ankle, ada lega sedikit.."
