Law of Contract
Went for Law of Contract Training for 2 days. 2 things I've learnt :
1. Bila munculnya atau berhadapan dengan kegawatan Ekonomi, Swiss Co. akan cuba mengurangkan perbelanjaan latihan, tetapi tidak pada jumlah latihan. Latihan tetap diadakan. Tetapi tidaklah di resort2 peranginan. Cuma di pejabat.
Hmm.. Makanan pula, akan di saji olah pihak Kantin.
We have a reasonably good, brand new training rooms and acceptably good food. The cutleries are heavy and they used real white plates. No styrofoam plates. Alhamdullillaah..
2. Bertapa pentingnya titik noktah, komma, apostrophe dalam ayat2 kontrak. Sila rujuk ayat di bawah sebagai contoh..

There's no need to explain further laa.

styrofoam kan dah tak boleh pakai...penyebab kanser...saya punya angan2 begini, kalau saya menjaja nasi dsbnya, sapa yang bawak container/tupperware sendiri, boleh dapat discount 50sen - boleh lah kita promote "go green!"

hhmmm...the Bank said that by making the staff attend training within the office viscinity, it's easier to get them back to office by 6pm...lunch time pun kena naik office
