Wal Hasil Balek Asal - Sliding down the Scale & Back to Square One !
I weighed (down) my-self last Sunday.
and (drum rolls please, drr drrrrrrrr drrrrrrrr).
I lost 10 kilos !. Ten Bloody Kilos Bro !!. Yaaahooo.. (Alhamdulillah)
But then, there's a small problem. This is the same exact weight I was at, three weeks before Ramadhan. Cehh.. Blame it All on those Factory Acceptance Test (Buffet) Lunches, Bussiness Review (Unlimited) Snacks, and After Meeting (Bottomless) Tea Time.

I only lost 5.4kg so far but I lost so many inches that is to say 24.5cm altoghether!!!!!!!!
all baju, pants and skirts semua dah longgarrrrrr...sparetyre paling best sekali dah "kecut" giler! hehehehehe...
