The Only Constant is Change - Part One

"Kelmarin, aku tak beli apa2 pun for buka puasa. Semua Maam buat. Dari air, nasi, sayor , lauk kuah, kueh kasui, Butter prawn, boleh kata semuanya were Homemade. Bibik pun ada kupas ka fibre-ful betik, yang dipetik dari pkok kat laman rumah. Best. Selesai ajer makan, masa aku kira tengah pause kejap tuu. Aku tengok semuanya licin. Licin selicin-licinnya.

Perasaan aku rasa best sangat. Rasa puas. Rasa macam lega. Wonderful.

Next buka puasa, let's see laaa. Ada berapa banyak kueh/lauk/buah tak habis ?."

Semalam aku ada nego lagi kat GLC2 (my second office). While I was trying to explain to the GLC2's mid-level bosses 'bout the recent turbulence we're facing, MSC mencelah,.


"Haiiyaa Jo, that was not a turbulence laa. It'was more like a tornado sweeping thru' Northwest America. So, how're doing overall, and tell me, where are you now, which dept ?"


Even though MSC nii, lagi 2 ker 3 tahun nak pencen, kalau bercakap tuu macam orang muda2. Ser-napas ajer. Sekali poot. Kalau dia bercakap tuu, puas jugak aku nak tepis menepis nii.


"Erk, well, where are we ?,. (ilang jap arah aku) now, Mr M. I'm in a department we call Front End Sales "


"Huh ? What is that ?!. Front End Sales.. Hapar tuu Jo?. Depan Jual, Belakang pun jual kaa.. Ha ha ha"


(aku tampor kang MSC nii. But, being a good, smooth, sales person that I am.) Aku pun join MSC niii, slaaluu " Ha ha haaaaaaa ...". Later, continue with my further explanation.



Keluar pada meeting tuu, masa dalam lif turun ke bawah, terpikir jugak aku. With the structures and the customers I'm facing fight now, ada jugak ke-betul-an MSC cakap tuu.
