Finally, Hollow-wei from Tasek Merah, after much tarek-tali, decided to offer me with 50 /50 scope. 50 % regional responsiblity. 50% local GLC.

But there's one small problem here.
Official Letter belum issue lagi. As per now, Semuanya Verbal offer ajer.

Aku tanya HR, "Jo, Uncle Bantut belum nak sign lagii. You know laa with all assessments and performance reviews for the Regions. He hardly have time for berak etc.. bla bla."

Semalam, aku consulted Armitraj, since dia pun lebih kurang macam haku, his hours are divided to 30% Local, 30% Regional, 40% Unit Bussiness. But Swiss Co. offered him earlier. Last Spring.
I think he's the right guy to give further advice

Aku tunggu jer lah. In the mean time, Hollow-wei dah start suwoh haku prepare for trip to Bali, and Beijing, and Medan, and Vietnam.
