Minggu lepas aku pergi Training. Aku yang mintak. Ceramics approved dalam sekelip e-mail. The training is about Decision Making Process.

Training ni best. Masa nii lah boleh lari kejap dari segala-bala rutin pejabat. It runs for 2 days at a nearby hotel. And the food. Pada aku, at this age, it's more on looking & salivating, rather than sampling luscious food from the buffet spread. Sampling, sampling pun habis jugak 2-3 piringss.
Chicken Cacciatore ada (yes !).

Maguro Sashimi ada (yes !).

Dazzling numbers of Fresh Garden Salads ada (yes!!).

Poki Tuna ada (yes ! & what's that ?)

and Fresh Juicy Raw Oysters (it's a Big No No..)

During the training, aku off kan hand phone. Lantak laa. I need some peaceful time on my own too, even, at company expense to listen attentively to the presenter.The Presenter is so so, boleh laa. But more importantly is the subject. 4 situations on Decision Making Process :

• Situation Analysis (Nak buat aper ?)


• Cause Analysis (Kenape ?)


• Criteria Base (Nak pilih apa ?)


• Go / No go (On ker dak?). More on this laterr.

Sekarang nii, kiranya, mood aku tengah meluap-luap laaa. Nak praktikkan apa yang aku telah pelajari. Especially on Go /No go situation. Tu yang aku list kan pros /cons, samada aku nak dok lagi kat opis nii ker atau..

• Balik ajer pada training, there's a new desk top phone atas meja aku. Anything Brand New always excites me. This one yang ada CLIP tuu. It shows incoming call number / person. Kalau Ah Yee Kominih tingkat 1 menyebok call aku, takyah laa aku angkat. Ms. Liao Mongol from the CEO office tuu call, baru laa aku angkat. Plus,. boleh laa aejah sora sebelum nak jawab talipon tuu dulu. Ehem,. ehem.


• By next June, we will move to level 4, on the same building. It's going to be a fully renovated floor. And I'm gonna get a brand spankin' new room, complete with an Ergonomic Lumbar Support Chair and hopefully wtw carpeting. Yahoo !


• The new floor gonna get a Swiss Made Capuccino Machine just like the Keparats' Division at blok A. Yummehhh!. Really looking forward to this..


• Dah 4 kali ake re-re-re-re submit the Approval for Deutchland, Schweiz und Polski Summer JJCM with GLC2. Now,. baru lepas sikit. Baru dapat pre-Approval. Ah Fook Kominih kat Blok A baru ajer e-mailed, informing me dia dah attested. Tunggu Mr. Gessle the CEO udah tenyeh kat e-paper tuu. Double Yahoo !!! I need to call Ms Liao Mongol now to check the situation.


• I got a waay above average monthly moolah increase 2 months ago. The best part of it, I'm still doing the same thing that I cherish.. He he. Alhamdulillah. Ya Allah, permudahkanlaa and panjangkanlaa rezeki dan pekerjaan ku ini..


• Ah Yee Kominih kat Tingkat 1 tuu, macam dah insap. Takder lagi nak dictate itu and ini orang2 surohan dia. Aku pun ada rasa lega satu macam.

Talking 'bout Go / No Go situation, what do you think about our Current PM. Should he go / no go ?. For me : it's quite Clear. If there's Gangrene, we should cut the leg.
