"Ingatkan nak main badminton semalam. Semua peralatan dah bawak, tak luper dah. Knee guard, elbow guard, ankle guard, supporter..Cumer mood ajer ada kurang, sebabkan hari senin lepas tuu udah pulun cecukop.

What would you do, if the best that you've done (you think), still, being considered bad to the company, by the boss ?
a) Do nothing.
b) Take two weeks off.
c) Resign.
Chiwhy is as old as me about my age. He had huge argument with UG, until all of the worst words, imaginable, came out (think of R rated Hongkee Movie). A week later he submitted resignation letter. He didn't have a job yet and has 4 kids tagging along. His wife is not working, and That was 2 months ago.
Yesterday he called, asking wether have any jalan for him...
pandai2 le ngko... i have no solutions...

for me, selagi makan gaji, selagi ada boss, mmg ler kena ikut je system dia, for sure apa yg kita buat, kekadang tu asik nampak tak cukup bagos kat mata dia..
kalau saya la, apa dia suruh buat je, apa dia tak suka, jgn buat dan cari solution untuk buat yg terbaik, tak guna nak cari gaduh atau marah bcos boss tu tetap la boss, apa2 pun dia bole buat. kalau nak argue pun kena lah berdiplomasi cukup dgn segala fakta dan bukti2 yang kukuh...
btw..itu saya dulu2 la, skang ni saya la boss saya la pekerja...heheh...

Well, pepehal takleh ikut hati. Especially if you have family to feed, budak2 untuk sekolahkan. Kalau sorang2 jek bolehla buat gaya kamikaze gitu. Pepehal boss selalu menang.. aku pon slalu tak puas hati dgn boss. tapi apa nak buat makan gaji, lantaj jelah,,

entah ler..
kalau ikutkan makan hati kata orang mmg dah lama dahh..tapi tu lah orang kata, kita ada tepung dan cukup ramuan untuk buat karipap misalnya, tapi tak jadi karipap, uli2 balik tepung tu..tengok kalau boleh jadi kuih lain..kalau jadik telan jelah kuih lain tu..makanan jugak kan?
tapi kesian jugak dengar your ex-colleague tu..pintu ni tutup, ada lah pintu lain yang terbukak tu nanti...

Tu lah kan, Allah swt can turn anything around in seconds. Some people sampai dont know whether they have anything to eat tomorrow and some people can lavishly splash on their wedding like nobody's business! I wonder if these rich beings ever feel a bit of guilt in their spendrift behaviour? *sigh*

Boss is oways rite. ekcelli, UG is cool all the way. Chiwhy yang tetiba naik hangin.. Just loose it that day.
Izhal : takder pulak kat sini, dog eat dog. Semua wookeh. Chiwhy nii jenis yang diam diam. Udah 15 tahun kerja, tiba tiba pulak tahun nii meletop..
Arena : nak membetulkan boss tuu pun is an acquired skill. Can be learnt, can be kopipes, can be emulated. Kalau takder, get some training. :-)
O2 : Dari keripap boleh jadik pizza ? Sure boleh kan. Asalkan kesemua ramuan tuu ada. Some mozarella, sikit oregano. tomatoes....
Erk ,. camamne rboleh tukar topic nih ?
