"Jo! Lets write petition letter to the management !" Jumped Hemsem Lai, one fine morning.
"Haah !! Petition letter, untuk apaar ?. " terperanjat aku ttiber ajer Hemsem nii bercakap, melompat, secara mendadak, cam demand gituh. Ooh, baru aku ingat HL nii salah seorang dari Group of Pity 7 yang kena transfer kat FES. Yang tak dapat Bonus 4.7 bulan tuu. Lelain dalam department nii dah enjoyzz. Siap booking trip to Beijing laa. Crita-crita nak renovate rumah, nak tarok semerok la. Kitaorang nii dok terkotai-kotai mencari jawaban.
Aku pun termasuk dalam group nii. Suweyyy.
Lai, Laaai, listen maan. Aku nak start cermah laaa.
"If the management loves you, for whatever reason, nobody will question you the 900 bucks lobster dinner you had last nite. If the management doesn't like you, again, for whatever reason, the minute you arrive office @ 8:03, they'll hire the best lawyer in town to get rid of you.. Itu petition,. apakar, wa ingat taraaak jalan punya laa.."
Lai tengok aku, terkedu. Agaknya dia terus give up, nak convince aku, nak reramai mintak management tolong kitaorang dalam issue nih....
Dia tak tau aku udah dok ngan De Boss, trashing things out 2 bulan dulu bila benda nii dah cropped up masa tuu. Sejela jugak reason aku wrote to the management. Tak berjaya......
Mebbe aku pun dah mellowed sikit. Dah Tok Dayer.
Kalu diaorang nak kasi, aku amek. Kalau diaorang tak nak kasi, aku diam. Aku bersyukor aku ada kerja lagi. Mebbe this is a part of LB@40 kot ...

Some ppl do not know how lucky they are!!!
When one wants to compare one's station in life, one needs to compare to the less fortunates then one will see the big picture.
I am sure the 2 months Mr. Handsome Lai gets will be equal to at least 6 months of my salary,hahahahaha!
Since joining a small company from a GLC 6 years ago,I forgot what bonus and increment are. But I hv less headache, punch card, pressure, meetings, reports, budget planning and all the usual corporate stuffs.

itu ler pasal aku tak berani bukak mulut bila org tanya brp bonus aku..ramai member aku tak dapat hidu langsung..
aku rasa bersyukur sangat2..sapa sangka rezeki bebudak..you're definitely right on bersyukur ada kerja bit..

Aku pong dok hepi about me bonus. Boss cakap, bonus aku kurang sebab gaji aku banyak. logic tak boleh pakai dan tak pernah dengar. Kalu gitu, baik aku duduk jawap tipun sambil chat kuku, ye dok?
I think after the 1998 downturn, management overplay the 'you should be grateful you have a job.'
Ko ni selfish lah jo. Kalu ko ambik job regional manager tuh, boleh lah aku datang jadi PA mung. :P:P
I really, really want to get out of my industry :(

Atiz: Being in this company, in some sense, is great. The bonus issue is very clear and lucid. The problem is the jobscope is not, everybody is Multitasking. Jurujual aka AhLong aka Pimp.
Mebbe it is the same over there ?
Lily : I dun need the headache. the stress, and the pressure. Try to make whatever meets @ whatever timemoney available.
