Now, imagine this..


You would like to buy a TV. A brand new TV.


So,. you go to a store. You go to the nearest Seng Heng. There, you will be greeted warmly by this tembam, chinese-like, with big ear, salesman. He introduces you with several brands. All of it's nice features and whutnots.
Surround sound laa.
P-in-P laa.
HDMI laa.
Apa-apalaa.

He is a good salesman. He even show you, the top-of-the-line, just being introduced, in the market a week ago, plasma TV.


Along the way, you are teruja. You reach for your pocket, searching for the credit card.


And The salesman stop talking. He hands you Seng Heng's Term and Condition leaflet. A blardy Strict T&C. You browse through the leaflet, and find out that some of terms & conditions are downright rubbish. Like, agreeing in writing, the TV is not for viewing after 12 midnite, or else there will be no deal.


You heart's shouting. "How come this jendul salesman's trying to impose this stupid T&C to me. His potential customer ?". You walk off the store..
